FAQ

How would you describe your style? - documentary, cinematic, or a mix of both?

A jack of all trades is a master of none. We strive to mirror our clients personality through a cinematic lens and tend to lean toward a stylized film. We can however, cater to a documentary style by request.

When will we receive our final cut(s)?

A promise of a turnaround time of three to five months.

What can/will you be filming?

(Not always in this order) Establishing venue shots, details/piece prep, first looks, bridals, ceremony, reception, fun things planned, dancing, send- off, etc.

What is your editing process?

Review all of the footage to sort out hero shots that have the best composition, exposure, and identify purposeful shots to keep your story motivated. Mix and clean the dialogue with sound design elements. Then we build several timelines like a chapter in a book. Once satisfied, only then will we begin to color correct, grade, and export the Final cut for revisions.

Do you capture destination weddings or elopements?

Absolutely. Countries I am familiar with include: Canada, Mexico, Iceland, England, Italy, France, Czech Republic, Netherlands, Thailand, and Turkey. (Travel fee’s are not included.)

How do we reserve you?

A 40% non-refundable retainer and signed contract from both the bride and groom must be met before a date is reserved in my calendar.

What input do you want from the Bride and groom, what do you prefer to have final say on?

To uphold the quality of work, I request to have at least 30 minutes of time reserved with the couple and photographer for filming on the day of. But of course, this is not a deal breaker.
